How projects are quoted
Every project gets a fixed quote after a 15-minute call. I confirm the scope, timeline and price in writing before any work starts, and you pay in three parts as the project moves forward.
What changes a quote
- The number of pages, layouts or screens
- Content sections you'll update yourself (CMS), forms and integrations
- Custom interactions and animation
- Missing mobile layouts or unfinished content
- For apps: features, platforms, integrations and release requirements
What every website includes
Design
- Custom page layouts
- Editable Figma designs
- 2 design revision rounds
Build & check
- Desktop, tablet and mobile
- Basic SEO and optimisation
- Forms and agreed browser checks
Launch & handover
- Deployment and site access

30%
Before launch
After final approval, before deployment and handover.
Working together
- Materials and deadlines
- You supply final copy, branding, licensed images and account access. Timelines start when the advance and materials arrive; waiting on feedback moves the date.
- Feedback and changes
- Website design includes two consolidated revision rounds. New layouts or features after approval are estimated separately.
- Editing and handover
- After final payment you get site access, source files and the Figma files, plus a 30-minute walkthrough.
- Third-party fees
- Domain, hosting, platform plans, premium plugins, paid fonts and licences are separate and approved before purchase. Accounts stay in your name. Applicable taxes are confirmed in the written quote.
- Support after launch
- Defects in the agreed build, reported within 30 days of launch, are fixed. I acknowledge reports within two business days.
- Separate quotes
- Copywriting, ongoing SEO, e-commerce, payments, logins, custom APIs and apps.
Questions
Why don't you list prices?
Every project is different. A fixed quote after a short call is more accurate than a price list, and you only pay for what you need.
How does payment work?
40% at kickoff, 30% when the working preview is ready and 30% before launch.
What's not included?
Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, plugins and paid fonts, plus taxes. Copywriting, ongoing SEO, e-commerce and integrations are quoted separately.
Do you also build apps?
Yes. Apps are quoted separately after reviewing the features, platforms, integrations and release requirements.
