The Challenge

When Licious approached us, they were struggling with user retention and a convoluted onboarding process. The existing interface was dated and didn't reflect the innovative nature of their underlying technology. Our goal was to completely rethink the user journey from the ground up, focusing on clarity, speed, and delight.

Design Process

We started with extensive user research, interviewing 20+ active users to understand their pain points. This led to the creation of detailed user personas and journey maps.

Moving into wireframing, we iterated rapidly through low-fidelity concepts before settling on a direction that prioritized content over chrome. The final high-fidelity designs utilized a modern, clean aesthetic with subtle micro-interactions to provide feedback and guide the user.
